STOP TB Partnership Ghana (STOPTB) is a partnership of TB local civil society organisations (CSO), the public, the private sectors and the academia. We have been in operation in Ghana since 2004. STOPTB has been implementing TB and stigma prevention programmes targeting both General and key populations with funding support from different donor partners including the Global Fund, USAID, and STOP TB Partnership Geneva. We are also engaged in high-level activities aimed at placing TB on the High Political Agenda in Ghana as well as regional platforms for enhanced TB funding and TB services to the people affected by TB across the country.  Currently, STOPTB is a part recipient for a TB component of the Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 (GC7) project (2024-2026). STOPTB requests applications from qualified and resourceful individuals for immediate engagement as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator who will report directly to the Executive Secretary.Â
 Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation activities of STOPTB.
- Be responsible for collating, verifying, and analysing data received from implementing partner NGOs.
- Be responsible for planning monitoring activities of STOPTB in collaboration with the Executive Secretary
- Create demand and provide online technical support services to Implementing Partners on daily basis.
- Shall be responsible for recording, updating and maintaining a credible and up-to-date database of all STOPTB members implementing partners
- Prepare and manage a directory of contacts of key partners and stakeholders.
- Provide support to all Implementing Partners in data collection and transmission daily.
- Manage the STOPTB data system and report to the Executives Secretary for the National Executive Board on a quarterly basis, on all project indicators.
- Spearhead all monitoring, evaluation and learning activities
- Undertake any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Executive Secretary
- Qualifications and Experience
Direct Entry
- Degree/Masters in Statistics/social sciences
- Degree/Masters in Public Health
- Degree/Masters in Health Informatics, Information Management or related field.
- Degree/Master’s in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
- At least three (3) years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in a comparable organisation.
- Good level of proficiency in Windows Excel
- Experience in designing a monitoring and evaluation system and plan
- Experience in working with a non-governmental organisation (desirable)
- Experience in programme management will be an added advantage
- Experience in working within the Global Fund or donor-funded projects
- Ready to work beyond working hours and virtually

- Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and managerial capacity
- Must be a serious team player
- Must be good with PowerPoint presentation
